All goods sent by Autofficina Spares Limited are automatically insured to the full invoice value at no additional cost to you. Please do not ask us to under insure goods, as we will not entertain this request.
We do not provide insurance where customer arranges their own courier. All customers who arrange their own couriers must have agreement with Autofficina Sales Limited ahead of the collection date. This will be confirmed by an email from us.
Autofficina Parts Limited cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged by any courier not organised by us. All goods that have been requested to be collected by customers on methods are at their own risk.
