5.0 Missing or Incorrect Parts
5.1 We must be informed of goods which are missing or incorrect immediately of parts being delivered. Any missing items claims must be sent to missing@autofficinaparts.co.uk
5.2 If a part or good has the correct part number and description however the physical part is has been misboxed or is incorrect then you have an additional 5 days to report this (10 days from delivery).
5.3 Any discrepancies reported outside of this period will be handled at our discretion.
