Goods will be marked as ‘Available’ or ‘Enquire’
Goods that are marked as ‘Enquire’ or deemed as anything other than ‘Available’ are determined as ‘Special Order’ parts and will have to be ordered in especially for you. We will contact you with an approximate delivery date. These parts can take 10-21 days to arrive to our premises before being dispatched by ourselves
Where in the instance you order goods that are ‘Available’ and ‘special order’ then we will hold all available stock parts until special order parts arrive and the order is complete; despatching everything together in a single delivery unless agreed by yourself and us, additional charges may apply.
All special order parts are Goods not normally held in stock by us and are therefore ordered specifically as per your request are classed as Special Orders. All Special Orders are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge fee up to 50% of the price of the Special Order, which shall be deducted from any refund due
Where a product is sold with a surcharge/exchange, the exchange unit must be of serviceable quality upon inspection by us. The exchange unit must be received within 7 working days of delivery of dispatched goods. If the exchange unit is not received within this period or the unit is not serviceable, we will not issue the surcharge amount. If the unit is serviceable refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You are fully responsible to ship and suitable package and insure to the current value the serviceable item.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order any time before dispatch, or within seven days of receiving your goods. Please contact returns@autofficinaparts.co.uk if you wish to cancel your order. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned unopened and you must take reasonable care to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

Goods will only be released when payment is made in person by Credit/Debit card at the above premises. Additional ID maybe required confirming identity. Payment ahead of time will not be acceptable for goods collected in person.
